My registration key works, but the next time I start the program, it wants my key again. Can you help?

This sometimes happens on Palm OS handhelds, and we haven't figure out why, but we have a fix for the problem (on Palm OS only). Just notify Arkansoft Sales of your problem and we'll have you quickly up and running.

If your key is not saved on a Windows Mobile/PocketPC handheld, the problem is probably related to the software being run from a memory card rather than from regular handheld RAM memory. The software needs to register from regular RAM.
In most cases the problem can be solved if you install the software first to regular RAM, then enter your registration key. If the registration then works, you can probably move your software to the memory card for future use.
