I just re-downloaded and re-installed the software I purchased some time ago. Why doesn't my old registration key work anymore?

This indicates that the version of the software currently posted at our website is newer than the version your key was designed to work with.

In some cases you just need to contact Arkansoft Sales to get an updated key. Be sure to send us your Palm OS device's "HotSync Name" or your Pocket PC device's "Owner Name" exactly as it's displayed on your handheld computer.

In other cases, such as with LectriCalc and BioChem 1stRespondER, the currently posted version may be a paid upgrade from the older version you have. In cases where a paid upgrade has been released, you have two options:

• You can contact Arkansoft Sales to see if you are eligible to purchase an upgrade to your old software at a reduced price. Your upgrade purchase will get you a new registration key that works with the current version of the software.

• You can download and install the older version of the software, the one that your old registration key works with. Download links are below for older versions of some Arkansoft paid upgrade software:
