FAQ: Registration Key
I’ve purchased my software. Where do I find my registration key?
Most Arkansoft software first installs on your device as a trial version. You then purchase a registration key (serial
number) which you enter into the Register Screen in the software to convert the trial version to registered.
Arkansoft software is available from purchase from several sites on the worldwide web, and different sites have
different ways of providing your registration key. All the sites send an order acknowledgement e-mail to the
address you furnished at time of purchase, usually within an hour of the purchase. This e-mail will contain your
registration key, which some sites call your “serial number”. Your registration key may also be shown on the
computer screen at the time of purchase.
NOTE: If you purchase from PalmGear, there is a slight delay since your order information has to be sent to us,
then we generate your key manually and e-mail it to you, generally within 24 hours of purchase.
If you purchase BioChem 1stRespondER Desktop Version, HandyTree, KwicNotes, Choir Librarian, or My
Coloring Book, the software won’t use a registration key. Instead, you will be provided with a download link where
you can download the registered version of the software for installation onto your computer.
What do I do with the registration key I received?
When you start the software by tapping it’s icon on your device menu, you should see a “trial version” screen
similar to the one below, left. Tap the Register button to go to the registration screen.
When the registration screen
appears, tap the number buttons
on the screen to enter your
registration key, then tap the Submit
Registration button.
