The version number of the software you are writing about: (Example: version 1.3 or 2.0)
To find your software's version number, start the program then open the menu (top of the screen unless you have a PocketPC, then it's the bottom the screen). Select About, then select the program name. The "About Box" will display the version of the software you have.

If you are sending a problem report, it may help us if you tell us the brand and model of handheld computer you use, and it's operating system version (for example, Palm OS 3.5 or PocketPC 2003):
