1. Take the California Fizz Quiz.

3. Call and/or e-mail vintners you want to visit (see 2 above for phone numbers and web addresses).

4. Plan on one major tour centered on sparkling wine production. Several vintners give complete tours.
   Most vintners are located within 100 miles of San Francisco and many are within 50 miles (see Fizz Quiz Maps at http://www.arkansoft.com/vintners.htm)

5. Fly into the San Francisco, Oakland or Sacramento airport.
